1. This certificate guarantees you 3 days and 2 nights deluxe hotel accommodations in your choice of 20 destination cities.
2. You simply mail in the certificate with your choice city and a $10.00 processing and handling fee.
3. You are guaranteed to receive your requested travel dates when booking reservations 60 days in advance and not selecting holiday weeks or weekends.
4. There are no timeshare presentations.

Offer Details
We make this offer in exchange for your personal testimonial or comments. You simply mail us your invoice (make sure you black out the Credit Card Number), your email address, and a short comment about how you like the clubs, plus your permission to use your comments on our website (include your signature please) and we'll send you your Vacation Certificate. Of course, to protect our interests, we do need to lay down some guidelines. I'm sure you understand.
2. Your order must be filled by Pinemeadow Golf.
3. You must mail us your receipt (it will be returned with Vacation Certificate) from Pinemeadow which shows the invoice number, date, amount, and your address.
4. You must mail your request no sooner than 45 days after the date of the invoice, but no later than 3 months after the date of purchase.
6. If clubs were returned, your request cannot be honored.
7. Limit one certificate per invoice.
